What plan do I have to use when I only want to post videos on YouTube?
The right plan for you is the creator. Creator plan is for YouTube Creators and other platform creators.
When the subscription plan ends, will all the music I downloaded get restricted?
No they will not. For those that you have already used on your uploaded videos, they will be fine. However, the songs that are used after the subscription is ended will be restricted on its use.
If I do not use Mewpot after payment, will I be able to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime you want. However, you cannot get a refund after the 7 days of your payment.
Where and how can I cancel my subscription?
Go to My page -> Settings and scroll to the bottom. There, you will be able to find ‘Membership Withdrawal’. Through this button, you are able to cancel your subscription. If it does not work, please contact us. We will check your account and solve the problem you have as soon as possible.
Can I protect my client’s YouTube channel?
Yes you can. You have to add your client’s YouTube channel into the platform registration so that we can identify that the channel is your client’s and we have to protect it. To add, you have to use the right subscription in order to protect your clients YouTube account.
Can I get a refund for single track purchase?
No you cannot. For Single Item purchase, you cannot get a refund as the download will proceed instantly after the purchase.
